Terms of entry and payment
Entry fee gives access to participation in the competition and covers among other things entry, administration and harbour charges. The entry fee is non-refundable.
Your confirmation for payment including the starting number is also your receipt. Please print it and bring it to the competition. You will also receive it via e-mail.
Payment:
Payment is only possible with credit card. You submit a number of information which is thoroughly protected.
We adhere to the current safety regulations. When submitting sensible information, the page is protected (encrypted). When you pay, it is done through a system called Freepay, which is certified by PBS (Pengeinstitutternes Betalings System – Bank Payment System). That means that the system is tested regularly.
Your card number and expiry date will not be stored on our webserver. All we can see is who you are and what you ordered, and we will be notified that the amount has been reserved, whereupon we will send our confirmation to you and cash the amount via the Payment Business Services.

Please note that the right to annul a contract or hire-purchase agreement in connection with internet-trade does not apply as the fee is included in § 10 e of the Danish Law of Consumer contract (Forbrugeraftalelovens § 10 e).
